FireFly® Fuse Tool Voltage Detector is a combination instrument consisting of a single-range voltage detector, fuse tool, and spotlights. It is ideal for those working on distribution lines and can be used to improve the speed and safety of these applications.

The HD Electric FireFly® Fuse Tool Voltage Detector is equipped with a Voltage Detection function and a Fuse Tool function:

• Voltage Detection function: check for voltages on lines; if a voltage is detected the HD Electric FireFly® Fuse Tool Voltage Detector’s red LEDs will flash and an audible alarm will sound
• Fuse Tool function: open and close a fuse or switch

To ensure correct functionality, the HD Electric FireFly® Fuse Tool Voltage Detector is equipped with a voltage detector self-test.

As mentioned above, the HD Electric FireFly® Fuse Tool Voltage Detector also features bright, white spotlights on the top and front of the instrument, making it suitable for use in dark or visually-challenging environments. Increased visibility improves user safety and eliminates the need for secondary lighting, adding to the practicality and convenience of this instrument.

Furthermore, the HD Electric FireFly® Fuse Tool Voltage Detector is compact ensuring that it can be used comfortably multiple times and over prolonged periods. It also includes a universal spline for the connection of hotsticks.
