คุณสมบัติทั่วไป

เป็นเครื่องทดสอบคุณภาพเครื่องอัลตร้าซาวด์ที่ใช้วินิจฉัยโรคทางการแพทย์หรือทดสอบเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ที่ตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคโดยการใช้คลื่นเสียงกำลังสูงสะท้อนให้เกิดภาพ ซึ่งสามารถตรวจ เนื้อเยื่อ อวัยวะ เซลล์ต่างๆทำให้เห็นได้ถึง ความปกติและความผิดปกติ เช่น การตรวจพิสูจน์เนื้อเยื่อ เมื่อสงสัยพบก้อนมะเร็ง (Tissue Diagnosis) เช่นมะเร็งเต้านม มะเร็งต่อมลูกหมาก สามารถนำมาใช้ฝึกการเรียนรู้ ทบทวน ความเข้าใจปัญหาของโรคต่างๆ ความแม่นยำในการใช้เครื่องมือที่ใช้วินิจฉัยโรคทางการแพทย์ ได้อย่างดีอีกด้วย

คุณสมบัติทางเทคนิค

1.    The Multi-Purpose Tissue Mimicking Phantom RMI 403 LE 0.7 Attenuation (Damage Tissue) is one of the new generation of precision phantoms designed to evaluate high resolution ultrasound systems. Recent feature improvements have made this phantom a highly effective instrument for demonstrating superior image quality while challenging high performance ultrasound systems. The RMI 403 LE incorporates our new Tissue Mimicking (TM) gel which provides a smoother background texture and a new composite film scanning surface that has improved transmission properties so more of the ultrasonic beam can be transmitted and received.

2.    With extended target depths to 16 cm, this phantom provides greater scanner and transducer performance tests of resolution, depth of penetration and electronic caliper measurements. Resolution patterns and all vertical and horizontal targets are constructed of 0.1 mm nylon fiber. Three sets of axial resolution targets at 3, 8 and 14 cm and spaced at 2.0, 1.0, 0.5 and 0.25 mm make the RMI 403 LE more effective for demonstrating higher resolution detail and challenge the ultrasound system's resolution capability.

3.    To further enhance quality assurance, near field targets have been added to test high frequency transducer performance. Scatter-free cylinders of 2, 4 and 6 mm diameter are embedded in the phantom representing blood vessels in human tissue. Purchase of this phantom includes the QA Cookbook for Ultrasound.
